29 years teaching religious studies in Iztapalapa
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Willow Creek Academy
- 2007 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I taught religious studies at Willow Creek Academy in Iztapalapa from 2007 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Silvia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me religious studies in 2010 at Willow Creek Academy. I still remember that terrible school play.
