Silvia L. Aguilar
Volunteer mentor with Buffalo Learning Hub
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- Buffalo Learning Hub
- Since 1994
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,600 people through Buffalo Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
