I teach geography at Lotus Technical College in Bogotá since 2008. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 990 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Silvia: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
