Silvia B. Romero
Volunteer mentor with Granada Association
- 🇪🇸 Granada, Andalusia, Spain
- Since 2013
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Granada Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Silvia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
