Silas Thornton
Folk music and gospel teacher
- 🇺🇸 Warren, Michigan, United States
- Warren Summit Music School
- Since 1988
- English
I've played folk music since 1988, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 7 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Silas: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
