Silas T. Tillman
25 years teaching music in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Technical College
- 1985 to 2023
- English
I taught music at Los Angeles Technical College in Los Angeles from 1985 to 2023. Most days I taught Year 7, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Silas
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
