Silas T. Merritt
Volunteer mentor with Victory Foundation
- 🇬🇧 Coventry, England, United Kingdom
- Victory Foundation
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 980 people through Victory Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Silas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Silas: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first software job in 1993. I still have your notes. Greetings from Móstoles.
