Baking for 41 years in Mississauga
- 🇨🇦 Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Mississauga Shop
- Since 1985
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1985 in Mississauga and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Silas
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
