Silas R. Carrillo
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Miami, Florida, United States
- Miami Youth Club
- 1983 to 2000
- English
I coached gymnastics at Miami Youth Club from 1983 to 2000. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Silas
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life! Greetings from Mekelle.

You coached me in 1989. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Suwon.
