I've volunteered with Memphis Volunteer Corps from 1980 to 2012. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.

We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Silas: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
