I'm a mentor in leadership. I spent my career as a night-shift cleaner and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Silas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2008. I still have your notes. Greetings from Hawassa.
