Silas Delgado
15 years teaching Spanish in Miami
- 🇺🇸 Miami, Florida, United States
- Gateway Middle School
- 1982 to 2009
- English
I taught Spanish at Gateway Middle School in Miami from 1982 to 2009. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You taught me Spanish in 1992 at Gateway Middle School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
