Silas Cole
Entrepreneurship mentor, Toledo
- 🇺🇸 Toledo, Ohio, United States
- Stonebridge Foundation
- 1985 to 1999
- English
For 14 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Silas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
