Sibel Derya Kara
35 years teaching early years in Bursa
- 🇹🇷 Bursa, Bursa, Türkiye
- Since 1980
- English
Bursa Secondary School is my second home. I teach early years there since 1980, mostly the youngest children.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Sibel: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me early years in 1986 at Bursa Secondary School. I still remember the long bus ride home.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
