Si-woo Min-jun Jin
Rowing coach, Yonkers Community Club
- 🇺🇸 Yonkers, New York, United States
- 2001 to 2012
- English, Korean
I coached rowing at Yonkers Community Club from 2001 to 2012. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Si-woo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Si-woo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2013. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Accra.
