Shweta M. Srivastava
Mentor in engineering and finance
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Aurangabad Youth Network
- 1983 to 2002
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Aurangabad Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
