Helping people break into design
- 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Cedar Grove Foundation
- 1992 to 2019
- English, Hindi, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,590 people through Cedar Grove Foundation.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Shweta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Shweta: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
