Helping people break into recovery
- 🇮🇳 Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Since 1989
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,850 people through Madurai Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Shweta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
