Shweta B. Oberoi
Trades mentor, Salem
- 🇮🇳 Salem, Tamil Nadu, India
- Salem Association
- Since 1992
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,700 people through Salem Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Shweta
