Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Lincoln Community Trust
- 2003 to 2017
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Lincoln Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Shuvo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
