Shruthi G. Rathnam
Mentor in farming and trades
- 🇮🇳 Dwarka, Delhi, India
- Dwarka Foundation
- 1986 to 2016
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,710 people through Dwarka Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2012. I still have your notes. Greetings from San Cristóbal de las Casas.
