Shreya L. Joshi
Mentor in design and small business
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- 2011 to 2021
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Bengaluru Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Shreya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Shreya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
