Shivam W. Saxena
Jazz and saxophone teacher
- 🇺🇸 Lexington, Kentucky, United States
- Lexington Band
- 2002 to 2024
- English
I play jazz and saxophone. I started in 2002 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 7 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Shivam
I wrote my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Shivam: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
