Shivam W. Arora
Nursing mentor, Tiruchirappalli
- 🇮🇳 Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Tiruchirappalli Foundation
- Since 1982
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,290 people through Tiruchirappalli Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Shivam
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
