Shivam P. Bedi
Baking for 48 years in Jodhpur
- 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
- Jodhpur Shop
- Since 1978
- English, Hindi
I've worked in baking since 1978. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,730 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
More about Shivam
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
