I've coached cycling at Liverpool Baobab Athletic Club since 2014. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Shirley
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You coached me in 2018. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Beersheba.
