Shinji Hiroto Yamada
Tabla player and teacher in Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Shinjuku Choir
- Since 1979
- Japanese
I've played tabla since 1979, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Shinji: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
