I've volunteered with Riverside Relief Network since 1983. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Shima
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Shima: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
