Shima Shefali Rahman
Leadership mentor, Savar
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Savar Youth Network
- Since 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Savar Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Shima
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Shima: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
