Shima Ruma Islam
Self-taught calligraphy artist
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Little Stonebridge Pottery
- Since 2011
- English, Bengali
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 2011 at Little Stonebridge Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Stonebridge Pottery, which keeps me honest.
