Shima Joya Talukder
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- New Delhi Shop
- Since 1992
- English, Bengali
My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1992 in New Delhi and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.

What gifts mean to Shima: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
