Shima Jannat Mia
Agriculture and drama teacher, Indore
- 🇮🇳 Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
- Greenfield Primary School
- Since 1982
- English, Bengali
For 44 years I have been the agriculture teacher at Greenfield Primary School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Shima
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Shima: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
