I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Shima: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
