I'm a mentor in careers. I spent my career as a postal worker and now give some of that back.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Shilpa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Shilpa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
