Shilpa R. Maurya

Painter, potter and teacher at Nagpur Studio

  • 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
  • Nagpur Studio
  • 1988 to 2017
  • English, Hindi
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes digital art. My first show was in 1988 at Nagpur Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Shilpa

I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
