Shilpa L. Mittal
21 years teaching Spanish in London
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Stonebridge Academy
- 1990 to 2005
- English, Hindi, Spanish
For 15 years I was the Spanish teacher at Stonebridge Academy. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Shilpa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Shilpa: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
