Helping people break into small business
- 🇨🇦 Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
- Lethbridge Foundation
- Since 1998
- English
For 28 years I've mentored people in small business and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Shilpa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first small business job in 2005. I still have your notes. Truly.
