Shilpa F. Nanda
Mentor in nursing and farming
- 🇮🇳 Surat, Gujarat, India
- Silverlake Community Trust
- Since 1990
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,400 people through Silverlake Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
