Shilpa C. Sandhu

Retired early years teacher from Tacoma Grammar School

🇺🇸 Tacoma, Washington, United States
Tacoma Grammar School
1987 to 2008
English, Hindi

Tacoma Grammar School was my second home. I taught early years there from 1987 to 2008, mostly primary school children. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Shilpa

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
