Sheldon Gordon
Spanish and geography teacher, Kingston
- 🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica
- Kingston Academy
- Since 2001
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 980 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Sheldon
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Sheldon: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
