Shefali Sumaiya Dutta
Professor of modern history, Northside Institute of Technology
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Northside Institute of Technology
- 2012 to 2020
- English, Bengali
My subject is modern history, and for eight years I got to share it with undergraduates at Northside Institute of Technology.
Former students now work as a waiter and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Shefali
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Shefali: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
