I coached cricket at Gazipur Boxing Gym from 2006 to 2015. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Shefali
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
