Shefali Anika Roy
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇬🇧 Newcastle upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom
- 2004 to 2018
- English, Bengali
For 14 years I've mentored people in leadership and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Shefali
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
