Shazia Kausar Naqvi
Mentor in design and leadership
- 🇵🇰 Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan
- Maple Ridge Foundation
- 1989 to 2007
- English, Punjabi
For 18 years I've mentored people in design and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Shazia
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Shazia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
