Shazia Amna Tarar
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan
- Gateway Trades Guild
- Since 1989
- English
I've worked in auto repair since 1989. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,700 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Shazia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Shazia: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
