Shazia Amna Syed

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇵🇰 Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
  • Summit Studio
  • 1978 to 1998
  • English, Punjabi
I'm a woodcarving artist based in Karachi. I've been making things from 1978 to 1998 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I also teach a weekly class at Summit Studio, which keeps me honest.

More about Shazia

I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
