Shawn W. Allen

Retired home economics teacher from Cairns Boys' School

  • 🇦🇺 Cairns, Queensland, Australia
  • Cairns Boys' School
  • 1980 to 2013
  • English
Cairns Boys' School was my second home. I taught home economics there from 1980 to 2013, mostly Year 7. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Shawn

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
