I teach physical education at Birmingham High School in Birmingham since 2009. Most days I teach Year 10, and I learn every name in the first week.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Shawn
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me physical education in 2024 at Birmingham High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
