For eight years I ran the badminton program at San Francisco Jacaranda Community Club in San Francisco. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Shawn: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
