I've worked in weaving since 2014. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Shawn
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Shawn: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
